Overview
This project provides a Docker-based pipeline for extracting analytical features from resting-state fMRI data, including ALFF, fALFF, ReHo, Hurst exponent, fractal dimension, QM-FFT, and RSN analysis. The workflow uses Snakemake for management and is designed for reproducibility and scalability.
